    Answer: You really don't know if you bought the car used.
  • Question: Do you have the ability to also start with factory fob? if so, can it be programmed as lul? ?

    Answer: It can be programmed to the factory fob but not sure what lul is?
  • Question: How do I go about getting 2 original factory keys?

    Answer: Any local locksmith or dealership can make and program 2 keys for your vehicle.
  • Question: Do I need extra key for this work for remote start?

    Answer: The instructions tell you two keys are needed. And they must be two separate keys. You can't just 'clone' a duplicate key. The car computer has to recognize two different keys during the programming. If you only have one you have to go to a dealership to get a spare key cut and programmed.
  • Question: Is there a video installation guide available for this? the ones i've seen are all for the model that uses the factory key fobs and not the remote rf

    Answer: I would not try to install another one of these again. Either you are piercing important wires or using a poor quality wire harness. You are one short from replacing your ECM or BMC.
  • Question: Can the 2nd key be a valet key (without the buttons)? We only have one of each type.

    Answer: We bought this for a family member and I really didn’t look at it. Sorry.
