The Brinsea Mini II Ex is a small incubator designed for hatching eggs. The incubator features an integrated peristaltic water metering pump to automatically control the relative humidity of the air in the egg chamber. The pump is supplied with a water pump tube, a flexible link tube, a rigid water tube and two pump connectors that are fitted at each end of the water pump tube. The incubator comes with one hatching mat, which is a bit disappointing for some customers. Some customers have experienced issues with humidity control, stating that it takes too long to get the humidity level right and that removing the lid causes humidity levels to spike. However, others have seen great results, with impressive hatch rates. The incubator is easy to program and set up, though some customers have experienced issues with egg vibration due to the air circulation fan. Some customers have also experienced issues with missing parts or crimped water lines.
