Measuring at 16.54"x11.61" they can be laid flat in a baking sheet for even baking. They are microperforated and leave a lovely pattern on the back of the cookies. The mats help baked goods bake evenly with no burnt bottoms. Cleaning them is easy, just wipe them with a damp sponge or cloth. However, a few reviews mentioned that they had a chemical smell that remained even after washing. Overall, the silicone baking mats are worth the investment.
