Body-Solid Exercise Balls BSTHB15 Editorial Review
Body-Solid BSTHB Dead Weight Slam Balls offer a versatile option for strength and conditioning training, designed specifically for adults. Weighing in at 13.6 kg and constructed from sturdy rubber, these 10-inch diameter slam balls are noted for their solid performance during workout sessions. Users have mentioned that while the slam balls provide great utility for various exercises, some have experienced durability issues like leaks over time. However, the notable non-rolling feature is appreciated, as it prevents the ball from moving around after use. The construction is described as robust, although care should be taken to avoid slickness from sweat during high-intensity workouts.
